Shipping

If you haven’t selected a specific shipping method our default is to ship using the least expensive method to your address.

While we guarantee arrival, we do not guarantee the carrier’s estimated or committed delivery dates/times, even for expedited shipping.

International Orders

We ship anywhere USPS and UPS will take us. Please note that we do not estimate or collect taxes, duties, or other fees required by your government. Please check with your local taxing authority to estimate additional funds due.

Returns

Bed-IT Tape purchased from Bed-IT.com may be returned within 30 days of shipment if:

The box is sealed

The packaging and tape are undamaged and like-new

Qualifying returns will receive a refund equal to the price of the product. Outbound and inbound shipping is not refundable.

Warranty

Bed-IT Tape purchased from Bed-IT.com is guaranteed to arrive undamaged and in usable condition. If your shipment is damaged in transit please notify us immediately. Take photos of the shipping box and the tape and email them to hello@bed-it.com together with your order number. (Please note, it’s best to attach just one photo per email.)

Bed-IT is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. Claims may be resolved with a refund or replacement, at our discretion. For warranty questions or claims, please contact us at hello@bed-it.com
